  • Long Weekend breaks are for Friday pm, Saturday and Sunday night (3 nights) departing Monday 10.30am.

  • Short Weekend breaks are  Friday pm and Saturday night departing on Sunday by 10.30 am

  • Mid-week breaks are for Mon pm, Tues, Wed & Thurs night, departing Friday by 10.30 (4 nights).

  • Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, check-out before 10.30 am (Other times by prior arrangement).

  • Deposit of 1/3 required on booking - balance due 8 weeks before stay. See Terms & Conditions.

Notes

  1. Where a booking falls in to another season, the new season rates will apply only for the days that fall in to that season.

  2. Charges are for the cottage, whether occupied by one or two people.

  3. Mid week breaks are usually from Monday to Friday.

  4. Weekend breaks are  usually from Friday to Monday.

  5. Please telephone to make a booking, we will always try to be flexible.

  6. A booking for a week is seven days. Any extra days are at the daily rate.
